Adoption questions
What's the adoption fee?+
£150 for dogs, £90 for cats — covering neutering, chipping, vaccinations and a vet check. Seniors are half-fee; their love is not.
We work full-time.+
Honest answer: some residents suit that fine and some don't. Tell us your real week and we'll match honestly.
Can we return an animal?+
Always — for life, no judgement. A Haven animal always has a bed here.
