By accessing and using kivi.gg and the Kivi platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Critical Technical Disclaimer:

Kivi LTD utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models to build websites, generate content, and provide information inside the platform. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content and responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
  • While we strive for accuracy, AI models may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or biased information ("hallucinations").
  • Kivi LTD shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content produced by our AI systems.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content — including pages, posts, emails and prices — before you publish or act on it.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are set in GBP and shown in your own currency at checkout. You can cancel at any time, and your plan remains active until the end of the period already paid for. Anything you have built stays yours after cancellation, on the free plan's terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Kivi platform — including its software, design, templates, and branding — is the property of Kivi LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. The content you create and upload to your own sites remains yours.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.
